Vehicle Information and Availability
- All vehicles listed on our website are subject to availability. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we cannot guarantee that all details, such as pricing, vehicle specifications, or availability, are free from errors.
- IYI Auto Innovation reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.
Pricing
- All prices on our website are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY), unless otherwise stated.
- Prices exclude taxes, registration fees, and other local charges, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
- For international clients, prices do not include shipping and handling fees unless expressly stated.
Vehicle Sales Process
- Buyers must inspect the vehicle information carefully before proceeding with a purchase. IYI Auto Innovation ensures transparency by providing detailed specifications and, when applicable, inspection reports.
- Once a vehicle has been selected for purchase, the buyer must complete all necessary paperwork and submit any required identification documents.
- We provide necessary export documentation for international clients.
Payment Terms
Domestic Customers (Japan)
- Full payment is required prior to the delivery of the vehicle.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfers and other forms of electronic payment as specified by our executive.
- All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY).
International Customers
- For international purchases, an initial payment of 80% of the vehicle’s value plus shipping expenses is required upon confirmation of the order.
- The remaining 20% must be paid before the vehicle is released from the port.
- Payment must be made via bank transfer, and all fees associated with the transfer are the responsibility of the buyer.
- IYI Auto Innovation will not release the vehicle from the port until the full payment has been received.
- All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY).
Shipping and Delivery
Domestic Delivery
- Vehicles purchased within Japan will be delivered to the specified location once full payment is received and the registration process is complete. Delivery charges may apply.
International Shipping
- IYI Auto Innovation offers worldwide shipping. Shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination and size of the vehicle.
- The buyer is responsible for all costs related to shipping, including customs duties, taxes, and port clearance fees in the destination country.
- We provide tracking information for all shipped vehicles and will assist with any shipping inquiries or concerns.
Warranties and Return Policy
- All vehicles are sold “as is” unless otherwise stated. We provide thorough inspections to ensure the vehicle’s condition is properly documented.
- IYI Auto Innovation offers no express or implied warranties on the vehicles, except where required by law.
- Once a vehicle is shipped or delivered, it is considered sold. No returns or refunds will be accepted unless there is a significant discrepancy in the vehicle description.
Limitation of Liability
- IYI Auto Innovation will not be held liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the purchase or use of a vehicle from our company, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruptions.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping companies, customs clearance, or unforeseen events.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from transactions on this website will be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through negotiation, and if necessary, through arbitration in Japan.
Amendments
- IYI Auto Innovation reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting
